Hook up the Makey-Makey Piano using the instructions below Materials : 9 alligator clips (15 for flat keys) 3 extensions 1 chromebook (2 for flat keys) 1 Makey-Makey (2 for flat keys) 1 Connector (2 for flat keys) 1 custom cardboard piano 1 custom bracelet INSTRUCTIONS - Connect 1 alligator clip to the left arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the red 'C' key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the down arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the orange 'D' key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the up arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the yellow 'E' key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the right arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the green 'F' key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the space on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the lime/cyan 'G' key - Grab a connector and flip your Makey Makey over. Insert the connector into the slot labelled 'w'. Connect an alligator clips to the wire at the end of the connector, then connect the alligator clips to the top of the light blue 'A' key. - Insert a connector into the slot labelled 'a'. Connect an alligator clips to the wire at the end of the connector, then connect the alligator clips to the top of the blue 'B' key. - Insert a connector into the slot labelled 's'. Connect an alligator clips to the wire at the end of the connector, then connect the alligator clips to the top of the purple 'C' key. - Grab your Makey Makey and an alligator clip. Connect the alligator clip to the earth/ground section. Then grab the cardboard bracelet and attach it to the tinfoil sticking out at the top. TO PLAY - Connect Makey Makey to Chromebook. - Set your Chromebook volume to full - Tighten the Cardboard bracelet on your wrist - Press 'Green Flag' on scratch program FLAT KEYS {Optional, Not needed for this project} - Grab another Chromebook and Makey Makey. {Everything beyond this point will be referring to the new Makey Makey and Chromebook} - Open this project on second Chromebook ; https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1175958675/ - Connect 1 alligator clip to the left arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the C# key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the up arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the D# key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the down arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the F# key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the right arrow on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the G# key - Connect 1 alligator clip to the space on your Makey Makey, then connect it to the top of the A# key - Grab your Makey Makey and an alligator clip. Connect the alligator clip to the ground section. Then grab the cardboard bracelet and attach it to the tinfoil sticking out at the top. - Follow 'TO PLAY' Instructions with your new Chromebook and Makey Makey
