This is my official Entertainment company! (Like JYP Entertainment, but a Scratch verison.) CEO/Leader: _________ Manager of the account ________ Entertainment : _________ and _________ ✧・゚: Lets get some ground rules :・゚✧ - Everyone needs to know what they’re doing. I’d set it up like this: ♡ Group leaders → each one runs a Scratch group! (Example, SKZ have Channie and ENHA have Jungwonnie). ♡ Members → Do your singing, listen to group leader, me, staff, and other members, deadlines are firm but stay on track and you should be fine! (flexibility should be able to happen) ♡ Me and _____ (coordinator/CEO) → just making sure everything stays on track with all groups under ________ Entertainment! I’m not trying to boss people around, just keeping everything organized and straight forward so there is no confusion! ★彡 FOR GROUP LEADERS 彡★ GIVE WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT. As well as feedback, but positively! Examples: ♡ “You are brave!” ♡ “Your voice had a teeny tiny crack in it, maybe drink some water before recording! Up to you though.” ♡ “Nice! Although, it seems as if your belting, maybe try not to belt and just sing from your stomach. Not from your throat directly” Etc... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ !MUST BE ACTIVE ON A SCALE OF 7-10! ✦ Simple Deadlines ✦ Nothing too stressful, just small goals like: ♡ “Have a draft ready by Friday” ♡ “We’ll test on the weekend” ♡ Communication Matters ♡ We need one main place to talk, like.. ______! For all members, and staff of this Entertainment company, we can all chat ______! But of course we will have separate projects for each group, and for staff memebers! My role: ♡ remind people what’s happening ♡ answer questions ♡ keep everyone updated ♡ Be fair ♡ Check in on groups and staff regularly ♡ Not to create backing tracks for music! ♡ Partially create some lyrics for songs if needed ✧ Being Fair ✧ This matters a lot to me... I wouldn’t: ♡ favour certain groups ♡ ignore quieter members ♡ Dismiss comments if unnecessary I would: ♡ check in with everyone ♡ make sure work is shared fairly ♡ Answer all questions ★ Keeping Things Consistent ★ Since there will be multiple groups: ♡ keep similar style/themes ♡ help fix issues between groups ♡ make sure nothing gets abandoned ✦ Problem Solver Role ✦ Things will go wrong sometimes: ♡ someone doesn’t finish work ♡ people disagree Me and the group itself will handle it together, and will get through it <3 ♡ Clear Goals for Each Group ♡ Each group should know exactly what they’re making and what “done” means. Examples: ♡ Having meetings for each group AT LEAST twice a week (~~ON SCRATCH~~) ♡ Find days when the group isn't busy to schedule deadlines/meetings ♡ One meeting with all groups, and staff members every three weeks ✧ Not Over-Controlling ✧ I’m organizing, not controlling! I’d let people be creative! If I try to control too much, people will lose interest in doing what they want. ★彡 How I see my role 彡★ ♡ 40% organizer ♡ 30% communicator ♡ 10% problem solver (should be mainly up to the group!) ♡ 20% motivator
