I recommend using Turbowarp to run this project using this URL: https://turbowarp.org/1170993045?hqpen Get ready - this is my most ambitious project yet! And it is not even close to done. Below is an explanation of the User Interface. Please read if you are not familiar. When the project starts, you will be launched into the Main Room, where everyone starts. There is a main menu on the left side, and you can toggle the buttons to display the different submenus. First is the chat menu (the one that looks like a speech bubble). This is where you can use a quick chat system to communicate with other people who are online. You have a short cooldown after you send a message. Next is the activities menu (the one with two white rectangles in it). In here, you will find the room you are currently in, which can be a number up to 9 digits long (or it will display MAIN ROOM), how many players are in that room (as indicated by a player icon), and various actions you can take involving rooms. From the main room, you can either host a room or join one. To join a room, press the "Join Room" button and input the Room ID into the prompt box. Depending on the host settings for that room, you may need to input a passcode. To host your own room, press any of the buttons below that display the type of room ("Chat Room," for example). In a room, guests and hosts have different activity menus. Guests will see options to "Leave Room" (go back to the Main Room) and "Report" (send a player report to the host). The host of the room has options to "Leave Room," "Hibernate" (make the host inactive without going offline), "Set Passcode" (from that point onward, any players who attempt to enter the room must enter the passcode - you can remove passcodes this way), "Show Passcode" (temporarily shows the passcode for the room), and "Kick" (select any player to force them out of the room). Lastly, there is the cursor customizer (the one that looks like a mouse pointer). You have options to change what your mouse cursor looks like on other players' screens. (You won't see what your cursor looks like unless you open this menu, because you can see your device's built-in cursor on your screen. But your cursor will show up in whatever way you want it to appear on other players' screens, allowing you to get creative and have the cursor express your And that is it for the User Interface! Below is an update log including descriptions of different room types and games, as well as general updates that will occur over time. UPDATE LOG: V.1.0: - Project is released to the public in its barebones stage. V.1.1: - Added the "Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza" room type. Basically, if you own or play the real-life game Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, you know that it involves a lot of slapping down on the center deck of cards. To reduce the risk of injury, every player would ideally have their own device, plus one extra to be the room host. Everyone joins the room, and, rather than slapping their hands in the center of the room, each player can tap the giant button on their own device for the host device to figure out who pressed it. The game otherwise plays normally. (By the way, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza is a REALLY FUN GAME! (Other than the pins and needles you get from playing it) I recommend getting it at whatever shop has it, such as Amazon or Target...) - Added buttons to report and kick players from rooms. Is someone in your room being annoying or breaking community guidelines? If you are a guest, you can report that player, and a message will show up in the host's inbox. If you are the host, you can kick that player from the room entirely. Trust me, there is going to be more where that comes from! I plan to make a whole library of games that people can create and join. And, if possible, all of you can suggest games to implement into this as a sort of collaboration!
