Part 2 initially got cut off so here’s it now Species Guide part 2 - Definitions Summons: Mages- Summons who can use any element with the magic output. Psychics- Summons who can use any element with the psychic output. Humans- Summons incapable of using any ethereal element, they are the most dominant summons All summons appear like the average human, & depending on their planet, mages & psychics are marked in some way that makes them stand out (example: unique random traits in HC, square or circle markings in SOTMK) Unnaturals: Cosmic: Fae- odd, unexplainable creatures that can live infinitely. All fae take any form, & as such there are no lesser fae as they can choose how they appear, the catch is that in order to appear at all, they need to inhabit a pre-existing vessel. Cogno: Gamayun- Creatures born in the mindscape. Lesser gamayun appear summons shaped, with yellow skin, red cheeks, no pupils, blue hair, & wings atop their heads. Greater gamayun share the same color scheme as lesser ones, but have 2 sets of wings & appear owl-like. Atomic: Elves- Creatures characterised by their particularly large ears. Lesser elves appear like summons with very long ears & rabbit legs, & greater elves appear much more rabbit like, they’re essentially the easter bunny in Rise of the Guardians. Necrome: Golems- Creatures originally brought into the world by the rock sculptures of early summons. Lesser golems are usually summons like, with mossy skin & turtle shells atop their heads, & greater golems are usually more rock shaped, being smaller, stockier, & sharper, they appear more turtle like & retain the turtle shells on their heads. Aqua: Sirens- Creatures that lurk in the depths of the sea with blood curdling screeches that attract its prey. Lesser sirens are essentially summons with scales, gills, & finns, & instead of legs they have the long tails of fish, rather than screeching they usually sing. Greater sirens are much larger, they are long fish creatures with giant mouths full of several rows of teeth, Their faces are like leeches, with no visible eyes, & its mouth covering its whole face. Vodyanoy- Dangerous creatures that hide in plain sight, they will eat anything they find appetizing. Lesser vodyanoy take the shape of a summons made of pure water, they have sharp teeth, & gills, as well as shark fins on their back & arms, & a shark tail. Greater vodyanoy take the shape of sharks made of pure water. While underwater, these creatures are almost invisible, if it weren’t for their black stripes, but even those can be hard to spot. Tempas: Griffin- Flightless creatures who tend to live on mountains or in caves. Lesser griffins have small wings on their backs, with the torso of a summons, talons of a bird for arms, & the legs of a lion below the torso, around their necks are fuzzy manes, which are usually larger on males. Greater griffins have the body of a lion, with a bird’s head, with talons of a bird for arms still. Glacies: Wechuge- Creatures who live in chilled climates & are made of pure rock & ice. Lesser wechuge have summons torsos with goat legs & other goat or ram-like features, such as wool in certain spots, horizontal pupils, goatlike noses, & sometimes even horns, & greater wechuge are tall, wooly goat like beings stood on two legs. Ignis: Dragons- Creatures that live in abandoned, solitary places, usually high up, where they guard their prized possessions. Lesser dragons are scaly summons with claws for fingers, spiked tails, & horns, & greater dragons are large, 4 legged lizards with bat-like wings & spikes down from their head to their tails. Magmis: Gargoyles- Creatures who tend to sneak around & perch on tall buildings & trees. Lesser gargoyles are rather tiny summons with much larger bat like wings carrying their weight; they have small eyes, but are assisted by large bat’s ears. Greater gargoyles are round, large lizard-bat beings with bat wings twice their size. Calor: Nymphs- Creatures who tend to hide in wooded areas or flower fields. Lesser nymphs may have 1 or 2 random bug features, but usually tend to be just summons with butterfly wings, antennae, & 2 sets of arms. Greater nymphs are much smaller, they usually have many random bug features combined, they still have the wings & antennae.
Aer: Harpies- Creatures known best for being the first unnaturals to develop summons-esc societies, they are highly endangered now, & their male & female anatomy is swapped. Lesser harpies are feathered summons with uncovered summons faces, which they usually cover with masks, & greater harpies are giant beakless birds. Venen: Vampire- Creatures of the night that thrive on the bodily fluids of living things. Lesser vampires are summons with longer, more flexible necks, they have snake like eyes & fangs, they are scaly at their base form, but have minor shapeshifting powers to fit in among summons, as those are their primary targets. Greater vampires have much better shifting abilities to blend in with their primary targets, which are animals; they are snake like creatures that have stubby front legs & huge fangs. Indust: Thunderbirds- Creatures that spend most of their lives in the air, especially in storms. Lesser thunderbirds are summons with a set of large wings, with smaller ones just below them, their hair is made of feathers. Greater thunderbirds are massive jet black birds with 2 sets of wings. Natre: Centaurs- Creatures who love to travel & usually move in herds. Lesser centaurs have summons traits from the torso & above, with elk ears & horns; their torsos are placed where an elk's head would go, so they have 4 legs. Greater centaurs had more elk like torsos, essentially being 6 legged elk holding up part of its body. Terra: Hobbits- Creatures known for their short stature who live near swamps. Lesser hobbits are just tiny summons with toad heads, webbed hands & feet, & particularly strong legs. Greater hobbits are the same except they are more like toads standing upright. Cyclops- Creatures identified by their prominent one eye. Lesser cyclops appear as summons covered in thick layers of fur with bear claws & paws, they have no head, similar to dullahan, but where their head would be they have a giant floating eye. Greater cyclops have the same eye & no head, but their bodies are that of a large bear. Lux: Sprites- A previously deceased summons brought back using lux & necrome, they are now made of pure light, but still take the silhouette of their appearance in their previous life. Satyr- Creatures who roam any areas bright & lightly forested. Lesser Satyr have the top halves of summons, with horse legs, horse ears, & hooves on their hands & feet. Greater Satyr are pure white horses standing on 2 legs. Umber: Shades- A previously deceased summons brought back using umber & necrome, they are now made of pure shadow, but still take the silhouette of their appearance in their previous life. Dullahan- Headless nocturnal creatures who roam any areas dark & heavily forested. Lesser dullahan are like headless satyrs, they have the body of a summons with the legs of a horse, & their hands & feet are hooved. Greater dullahan are pitch black headless horses standing on two legs.
