Using this as a placeholder project for now, forgive me if it's messy. -- What you should be doing everyday ( at least for the weekdays ) now + tips! :) - Wake up - Do whatever routine you have *bonus, if you're tired, just splash some cold water on your face from the sink. Also, if you're not already, start making time to shower in the morning. It *really* helps with waking up. - After you've done your routine, before you leave for school, grab something small to eat first and then fill a portable water bottle with water and bring it with you to school. If you don't have an available portable water bottle, get a cup of water, at least at minimum medium sized, and drink it. Don't drink too fast though. - Bring ear mufflers if possible or headphones if available. If things are loud in your class and you need to focus just put the earmuffs on to block most of it out. This isn't required though, just if you have a pair available. - When you get to school, drink some more water if you have a water bottle with you. If not, find a water fountain nearby and get a quick drink before you head to class. - When you're in class, keep your desk at least pretty clean. Put whatever stuff you don't need at the moment under your chair if you can. Listen carefully. Try not to let friends distract you. - If you have any amount of free time in your LA class, use that time wisely to work on assignments. Even if you also have free time in other classes; also use that time to work too. - Make sure to drink water between passing periods and during class if possible. - At lunch, make sure to eat whatever you can. Even if it's gross, just find something that looks at least mildly appetizing and make sure to also drink some milk or more water. Even some fruits and vegetables can make you feel better. -
