Either download this from the Google Chrome web store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lightshot-screenshot-tool/mbniclmhobmnbdlbpiphghaielnnpgdp?hl=en and open it by clicking on the feather in the extesions corner (Next to the bookmark star) or Open Snipping tool 2. Select the area you want 3. Save it! 4. Upload to Scratch!
