His name is Tomor (kinda like tomato) He is a "what if" character. He is a high class saiyan survivor that escaped minutes before Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta. His power level rivals that of Broly. He can use a version of SSG where rather than using super saiyan and mixing it with god, he uses SSJ4 to create super saiyan god super saiyan 4. He travels the universe searching for strong opponents rather than destruction and he has learned several techniques such as, instant transmission, forced spirit fission, fusion, kaio-ken and has awakened ultra instinct sign many times.
