Windows 9 was always a mystery, but I managed to find a little code from the website! Psyche. There's no such thing as Windows 9 because back then, Windows 98 registered as Windows 9 in code, so that would cause problems. Made 99.9% by me. .1% by some other guy who made a Windows 9 logo.
