more customizable? sorta going for something more useable. near and far planes are now customizable (which should've already been in it, but luckily it wasn't hard to implement) and now it's effectively universal. also added some more optimization, not sure if it really helped or not, but i'll figure that out over time. i'll need to run more tests to be able to tell whether i'm actually making improvements or not. any ideas i do have work in theory, but the actual implementation might have a different story. trying a higher res image makes it more worth it, but i'm not sure if i'll use the high resolution mode. it runs great for me at res 3, but it's not worth while in res 1 or 2, so i'll still need to do more work.
