ToS. They’re pretty simple actually. Applies to ALL characters I’ve designed. Not just ones from after this was shared. If you don’t follow these, I WILL take back the character, with a warning or 2 for some of the less important ones. *- 2 warnings ✧- 1 warning ✩- immediate take back ————+———— ✧- no reselling any designs of mine. If you don’t want it anymore, give it back. ✧-additionally, if you’re not actively using/not planning on using a design of mine, please give it back. ✩- absolutely no using my designs in media that’s intentionally offensive/derogatory, or sexual/suggestive. (Fetish content included) ✧-you may redesign, but please keep the character recognizable. Species changes are (mostly) prohibited as well. ✩- no stealing/being heavily inspired by my designs (or work in general, it’s very disheartening) ✧- let me know if you’re gonna leave, so I can check in about designs. ✧- if I specifically request that you give a character back for a particular reason, or because you broke ToS please do. if you don’t you’ll be “blacklisted” from participating in any event where I give out designs. -no guilt tripping or being unnecessarily rude. Especially when it comes to trades. ✩- absolutely no using AI to generate images of or write lore for my designs. Immediate takeback, DNI & blacklist ✩- no using AI to make (chat)bots with any characters I own or have designed. Immediate DNI, blacklist and takeback. *- credit me for the design in a storage project, or at least somewhere. Not super firm about this, and I don’t care that much honestly. -you can use designs offsite. I ask that you credit my tumbler (@.fectogiratyna) instead of scratch, though. *-please ask questions if you have any. Don’t make assumptions. ————+———— basically, use your damn characters. Don’t win/claim something just to win/claim them. Don’t enter DTAs if you’re not gonna use the character, etc.
