Lore about Model U and Model UXA: Model U was created for Ultra, it had helped him a lot due to the power it gave along with the UL buster, Model U can stack the power of overdrive mode 2x times though Model UXA was completely different from that... Model UXA copied data from avisan,airshot,and nexus.. all three.. (maybe including some comsic enegry from the comsic rings) the Model UXA went back to the sealed fate of Ultra and upgraded Model U into Model UXA II after it was completed Ultra got a whole different look and abilites....though his abilites wasn't tested yet he had a lot of potential.. also he's kinda very lonely since he never met anyone in 25 DAMN years...he was kinda happy when avisan helped him and finally seeing someone... (then after all that Ultra became a uncle to avisan kids :p)
