He calmed tons and tons of beings and is a guardian of a species, so that gives him good points. The only things that hold him back are that with his level of resources, he probably could do more than calm people (and he also has to compete with HNM since they are in the same lore), though maybe what he does as a guardian would cover that, and that he can't really be able to do wrong as it would make him "sullen", but it won't take off too many points.
