Here is a description on each star: M-type: These stars are one of the smallest stars, and are called red dwarfs. Small they may be, they can last for trillions of years and are constantly throwing solar storms out into space. K-type: The K-type stars (orange dwarfs) are arguably some of the best stars for life, as they last very long, and almost never unleash solar storms. The daytime sky would look covered in a golden glow if we had a K-type star instead of the sun. G-type: These stars are the most familiar ones, as our sun is one of them, and they are the most common type of star! They can be quite calm, not throwing many solar storms. F-type: These stars are kind of like the middle child, as they are very warm hearted, but not that interesting. Polaris is a F-type star. A-type: Now we're getting hotter! A-type stars are blue-pale stars, and last around 300 million years. Sirius is a A-type star. B-type: So close to the hottest! These stars are hot-tempered, and like bullying their planets with solar storms. Regulus (in the constellation Leo) is a B-type. O-type: Scorching! O-types are the hottest (and rarest) stars in the universe, so its hard to find the goldilocks zone. However, the planets only have 3 Million years of solar storm torture, before the get fried alive in a supernova, and then most likely get eaten by the black hole. I hope this helped!
