Ahh yes lets see here..... Right here! It is confirmed that 2 out of 3 of those medkits were stolen :) Only did this cuz there was a Gigi in a run I recently did and they stole medkit INFRONT OF COSMO and yet gigi can get herself a medkitttttt (also at the beginning of the run cosmo said to save heals)
