Featherflight lore dump (updated w/app and temp leader lore)

Have you ever wondered why Featherflight is the way she is, how she became medic, why is wind so kind, was this always the way I planned her. well the answer to all of those questions and more can (hopefully) be found here. Section one: kit-hood/OG plans first off let's get stuff like family and litter lore out of the way, Featherflight was a part of Fallenstar's final litter (litter link : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1129456342/) as mentioned in the litter Featherkit was adopted when fallen found them while wandering Urchinclan territory and found her and her brothers Cloudkit(strike) and Soaringkit meaning they are her only biological family. after being taken into Urchinclan she enjoyed playfighting and fought with nearly every kit she could find. she never really saw her mother much and never grew particularly close with her. a key point of feather's kit-hood was the time she met Tidekit and they explored the recently abandoned medic den, a note to make was that Feather was brought into Urchinclan near the end of the great starvation which caused the medic and Tidekit's father Albotrossflight to starve, after visiting the den that one time she revisited it a few more times with another kit, originally feather's plan was to become a strong and diligent warrior and possibly leader like her mother but a while before she was apprenticed she was offered the opportunity to become medic, knowing that the clan needed one and that she had a small amount of knowledge of herbs from what tidekit told her, she took the opportunity and was made medic apprentice. oorp the reality was that due to her RP with tidekit she had 2 medic apt and was one of the top 5 kits with the most, fal randomly rolled from that list and it landed on featherkit, I didn't originally plan for feather to become medic and was really only focused on having feather be my first gens cat to survive to be an apprentice, being give the opportunity was something I never expected but I decided not to question the choice of the wheel and accepted medic apprentice as Featherpaw's fate. Section two: medic apprentice almost immediately after she became medic app the clan was swept with disease (illness event) this put a lot of stress on her as an apprentice and she was very sad about some of the cat's she was unable to save such as abyssalkit (relevant later). however due to the amount of sick cats she was able to learn very quickly despite not having a mentor by the time she was 12 moons she already was extremely good at healing (40 healing exp). during her late apprenticeship she became friends with florakit and told her that she could become her apprentice when they were both old enough. due to her quick learning (and possibly just ceremony confusion) she was then made a full medic earlier than most other medic apprentices at 12 moons instead of 16, overall not an incredibly eventful apprenticeship but the real lore is just about to start. section 3: early medic and temporary leader (12-20 moons) Featherpaw became featherflight and adopted the neopronoun wind as she felt closer to the sky and her ancestors as a medic, sadly Fallenstar disappeared and was presumed dead soon after and the leadership fell to shellseeker, however the darkforest did not accept her as leader and after hosting a ceremony in which featherflight was given florapaw as an apprentice shell'lily left to become a loner for the rest of her days. but now Urchinclan was left without a leader of deputy, for the first time in the history of the clans the duties of all the highranks fell upon a single cat, Featherflight, with the sudden and unexpected power Feather was given she didn't really do much, she held the ceremonies and delt out punishments but nothing much other than that, wind was very hesitant to do anything with the sudden power and responsibilities that had been given to her and on top of training an apprentice it was probably a good thing she didn't do much. during this time feather had her seemingly oorp famous confrontation with Mayflyrose who had killed her own brother Dappledream, feather had been trying over the past few moons to repair the relationship between the two siblings but her efforts were fruitless and May who wind had considered her friend denied ever being friends with Feather. wind's reign as leader soon came to an end as both Tidedream and Heartstar were made rangers and Feather received a vision in which she was informed to make heartear and Tideear dual deputies , featherflight and tide had also fallen in love with eachother but this did not influence the choice of making wish a deputy alongside heart section 4 more relevant lore (will add)
