The characters are supposed to be Youngbuilder 6 and Tom the Mada, and heart & star. Check out Youngbuilder's Jokemon series and give him some motivation to make more. Tom the Mada makes some good stuff also. Victory Screen is from Mega Man 2 Metal Man's Stage
