Regulus dragged me towards a group of people sitting down. In the middle was an empty bottle, lying. Not going to lie but I’ve always had the worst luck in this game; last time I played it, I had to kiss Anthony Goldstein. Anthony Goldstein! That boy reminded me of a pig crossed over with a cow. We sat down in a circle of about ten people. One of the students with greasy hair was slouching a little and had his arms crossed. Judging by the expression on his face, he looked like he was forced to participate in this. Severus Snape. Great, if that bottle landed on the future headmaster of Hogwarts on my turn, I’m going to ᴋɪʟʟ ᴍʏsᴇʟғ on the spot. Just as I let my legs fold underneath me, Regulus spun the bottle dramatically. It whirled so fast I thought it was just going to fly away and never come back. Spin after spin went by—Alexi Avery kissed Bruce Mulciber with the look of utter boredom; Dorcas Meadowes practically flaunted over to the other side of the circle as she smacked her lips against Natheniel Quince, which confused me a little because I heard from somewhere that she was lesbian. Soon, Regulus handed me the bottle and mouthed, ‘your turn’. I took the bottle and placed it carefully on the floor. Placing my fingers between the edge of the cap, I gave it a gentle spin. The bottle spun faster for a few seconds until it came to a complete halt. I looked at the tip of the bottle. the very tip of the bottle to see who it precisely landed on. Severus Snape. My breath tightened in my throat. Of all people in the world, why did it have to be him? What did I do to deserve this? Hesitantly, I crawled over to the greasy-haired boy, my mind screaming for me to just walk away. I couldn’t do this. What if this changes the entire timeline? I remembered Hermione telling me how responsible she had to be when she time-traveled to her extra classes. But I ignored everything as I leaned towards Snape. And kissed him.
Did ya'll find the Conan Gray references? (There's like 2-3 if them scattered across both parts of the chapter) I'm traumatized, I don't think I can write another chapter for another month. Not that I have the TIME to write another one anyway.... This dude taught Inka for four years without her suspecting that she gave him his first (and only) kiss. Bro deserves an award. *cough* I finished this instead of doing my math homework, now I think 1+1 equals to 19. Because it DOES equal to 19. You CAN'T prove me wrong Also, I really, REALLY wanna read this book called "When Haru was Here" but I can't ask my homophobic parents to get it bc they'll obviously say no and there's a 6 month waitlist for it at my local library >:(
