This is Whiteout, Darkstalker's crazy sister. They are from the Wings of Fire spin-off book, Darkstalker. Need an example of how she is crazy? When they learn that Darkstalker is magic/animus, it means that using his power will make dark spots in his soul. When Darkstalker says to his mother, Foyslayer, he has no spots in his soul, Whiteout sayd "Only stripes," and burst out laughing. She also likes to paint her family in only blue. This is a work in process, I will probably go over it more, and color it.
A description of Whiteout from the book: "Her scales along her body were black with hints of dark sapphire blue, but her wings were an icy bluish-white, as were the spikes all along her back and her sharp, curving claws. Instead of silver starlike scales under her wings, she had a scattering of black scales that gleamed like jet against the snowy white. Her head was narrow and elegant like an IceWing's, and she had her father's startling blue eyes." The books are by Tui T. Sutherland, I take no credit for anything except the art.
