\❝ʙᴇʟɪᴇꜰ(ꜱ):❞ Kiro and Canary ~ ⤹ It is believed that Kiro and Canary are the sacred guardians of the pasttime and are symbols of what is to come, and what has come. ⤹ When a high ranking official dies, the main post of said official is dressed in black, the spouse of said official will wear their hair in a braided crown with wilted roses as a symbol of their loss, but an honor of the life that has happened. ⤹ When a new life is brought into the village, the family shall wear pure white shades, and the village chief shall go to the home of the newborn and host the "naming ceremony" ☇ The naming ceremony is a sacred ritual where the village chief shall announce the name of the newborn, as an offering for Kiro ☇ Naming is announced by the gathering of the storytellers ☇ When a hybrid is born, the village council shall assist the family in deciding a name. The mother and father shall provide two names, ones they believe were perfect for the baby. And the council shall choose which one and then the chief will announce. ❝ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴏɴ ꜱᴘᴇᴄɪᴇꜱ(ᴇꜱ):❞ The most common hybrid species in The Valley of the Wind is a bird hybrid, the species does matter (all birds must be able to fly) a bit, but otherwise it doesn’t really bother anything. Another name for the common hybrids would be an avian, or a harpy. It depends.
