Abilities: Cryokinesis/Spirit manipulation. He has the ability to pull moisture out of the air and freeze it, usually making little ice sculptures. He can see/manipulate ghosts as well and will bargain with certain spirits to place their soul inside a sculpture. Without a spirit, his sculptures will go still and start melting as soon as he loses concentration. He can also place animal spirits inside the sculptures. Due to his water-adjacent power, he's thirsty a lot and using too much spirit magic can tire him and cause severe headaches. He can't die of hypothermia but is almost always cold Backstory: He was sent to the lab when he was 9-10 ish after (allegedly) (accidentally) k1lling his mother. A lot of people doubt his ability to see spirits. He had a friend a few years ago named Owen (also a prisoner) who died trying to escape with him. His ghost stays with Felix though, and Felix often gives him a bunch of different ice sculptures to possess. Idk if we have numbers, or what they are so i just chose 935 - I C E
