I did this all on scratch by the way it is supposed to be a sunset. I felt like if I animated the tail I would ruin the drawing so I only did the blinking and sun rays moving. I tried to stick with the colour scheme and that's why the cat is orange with blue eyes: To match the colours of the sunset. I accidentally animated the sun rays the same beat at the beginning of the song but I thought it was cool and stuck with it. :)
