I think a semi-thin/semi-thick, long silk dress and cotton thigh high socks would be comfortable, especially in mildly cold environments. I don't see a problem with that, okay? (yes I changed the design of the dress, so what, I wanted it to feel right for the online representation of me to be wearing :>)
