What if Rome had kept expanding? This is not possible under Hadrian, but... Note: I put the Byzantine flag to represent Hadrian's Eastern Rome, as that is what it was used for, but it isn't historically accurate, and Spain would have likely sided with Hadrian, and Africa(except for Egypt) and Judea would have sided with Quietus.
