Chapter 6 With the end of the harvest season, I fear we may never see Link again. The cold months are always the hardest, and I've sensed a restlessness in the kingdom—not from the people, but something magical. I am not sure if this forebodes Ganon's return or if it signifies some new magical threat, but I know that if something happens, we will need Link. Purah is aware of my distress over Link's disappearance and the looming winter. She has invited me to her lab to investigate a new breed of flower. While I would rather send out a search party, I know that Link wouldn’t want that; he prefers our focus to be on protecting the castle. I feel lost, and with each passing day, my wish for Link’s return grows stronger. I try to convince myself that everything is fine regarding Link and the magical disturbances, but deep down, I know these matters are interconnected. The presence of a looming threat is growing, and I fear something significant is about to happen—something we may not be able to stop.
Sorry, this chapter is so short I am trying to post something before I turn in my school computer. Thank you to everyone who has supported my fanfic! I won't be very active this summer as I'm turning in my school Chromebook, but I'll check in when I can. I'll return in August with a GMV I’ve been working on.
