this is the design showcase for SJC! please read through both the rules for each category & the general rules! general rules: - design showcase entries due: midnight UTC on may 28 - cover contest entries due: midnight UTC on may 23 - please don’t copy any other preexisting designs! make sure all work is uniquely your own, otherwise it will not be featured in the final showcase. you are welcome to use images online as part of your design for the cover contest entries: - you can submit up to five pieces of designs, artwork, or journaling! - please make sure you are not submitting any personal information (if there is any, make sure to censure it out when sharing the particular page) - your designs can be linked either by remix or in a project - there doesn’t have to be any theme! - images can be of any size front/back cover contest: - you can submit up to three designs for the front and back each - any medium or graphic design program can be used! - your covers can be linked in a project or in a remix - images should fit the size of a project thumbnail - entries can be made using any program--they can be from scratch, canva, even on paper - front cover must contain the words “Scratch Journaling Camp” and “Design Showcase April-May 2025” - back cover must contain either “SJC” or “Scratch Journaling Camp” - all text should be legible and easy to read - if chosen for the final cover, your design will be used with credit! - gratitude symbol: ❤︎ - imagination symbol: ♜ - gratitude hex codes: #cdb4db #880d1e #dd2d4a #bde0fe #a2d2ff - imagination hex codes: #929292 credits: - for hosting sjc - for leading gratitude - for co-leading gratitude - for leading imagination - swc for inspiration!
