Feather stepped out of the cafeteria, Searchlight right behind him. Suddenly, he felt hands on his back as he was shoved down the stairs. He let out a loud yelp as he fell into the trash can. He growled as he heard a familiar laugh. He tried his best to pull himself out, but the best he could do was poke his head over the rim. Bee was cackling like a maniac at the top of the stairs, leaning back and clutching its stomach. "Bee, that was rude," Izzie said, hitting its arm with the back of her hand. Searchlight covered their mouth, trying to muffle their laugh as they ran down the stairs like an anime girl. Like, an accurate representation of the anime girl run. "Ohmigod, are you okay!" They held out their hand, pulling him out of the trash can. "Jesus," he mumbled, brushing himself off. He glared at Bee, who was still cackling. It had even thrown its head back and wrapped its arms around its stomach. Izzie just hit it again, glaring at it. Bee's laughing fit eventually subsided, and it walked past them with a surprisingly straight face for someone who wasn't even straight. Izzie followed them, sending a few sideways glances towards Feather and Searchlight, then blew them a kiss, winking one eye shut. Feather just rolled his eyes, but his smile gave him away. Feather brushed himself off, groaning as he cracked his back. He had been stuck in a very uncomfortable position in that trash can. Searchlight laughed and wrapped at arm around his shoulders, pulling him close. "That was actually hilarious though," they said, a bit loud since they were still laughing, "your reaction was /priceless!/" Feather smiled and leaned into them slightly, letting them support a bit of his weight. "Ah, yes, me being shoved into a trash can is peak comedy these days, I guess." Searchlight gently hit him on the chest. "I meant your reaction. But the image of you in a trash can was pretty damn funny." Feather did his best to hide it, but ended up laughing pretty hard himself. "Yeah, I guess it was pretty funny." A gentle purr rose in his throat as Searchlight jumped onto his back. "Carry me," they whined loudly, "the prince demands to be carried to their next class!" "Don't we have the same class next, anyways?" Feather leaned forward slightly, making him a bit more comfortable to be carried on as he supported Searchlight. "Did you get ten pounds lighter, Light? You used to be heavier.' "Well, I did have an eating disorder for almost a year. And I'm still working on it. So, yes, I think I might be lighter." Feather cocked his head as he started walking, still staggering a bit under their weight, but stayed strong until they got to their next class, which cued Searchlight to get off. Feather huffed and cracked his back again. "Still heavy, though." Searchlight hit him on the arm. "Watch yourself," they said, tone laced with a mock warning. Feather purred, his ears pinning back as he narrowed his eyes at them.
