He aproaches lone mortals, preying on their fears and insequries, especially ones based on religion. One day, he hopes to finally find a way into heaven, witch is guarded by angels. The angels question all who enter, asking them to prove they are not the mimic. One day, she will find a way past these guards, and knock the gods off their lofty thrones, thus nothing will keep her in check. With the gods dead, he would be free to do as he pleases, ruling over the bleak and desolate remmanents of the eons-long rule of the gods. TL;Dr: evil thing that looks like an angel but is actually not an angel that pretends to be an angel to get souls, has been trying to get into heaven for eons or something because it wants to kill god and rule over whats left, she will get there one day guys trust
