Treaty of Varna (Terms are negotiable) Terms: 1. Bulgaria shall cede part of its coastline in Thrace to the Greek state. 2. Greece shall cede the Bulgarian majority portions of Greek Macedonia to the Bulgarian state. 2-1. Greece shall have the rights to 50% of the resources in the ceded region. 3. Bulgaria shall pay 50 thousand levs (roughly 3.2 billion USD today) for the ceding of the territories 4. The states of Bulgaria and Greece shall join together in a Balkan Defensive Pact, a mutual military and economic cooperation alliance. 4-1. Neither party may declare a state of war upon the other. 4-2. Both parties shall grant military access to the other. 4-3. Both parties shall allow ships from the other party to dock in their ports. 4-4. Trade restrictions between the two states shall be lowered (discussed at a future date) 4-5. Bulgaria shall clearly outline its claims to Greece (shown). 4-6. Any Greek claims on non-Bulgarian majority lands shall be supported whole-heartedly by the Bulgarian state (some potential regions shown in the slideshow). 4-7. In the event of war between the allies of Bulgaria or Greece, either with each other or with one of the two parties, neither party shall willfully join in conflict against the other. (This is to say, if Greece goes to war with a Bulgarian ally, if Bulgaria goes to war with a Greek ally, or if a Bulgarian ally goes to war with a Greek ally, the uninvolved party shall not involve itself.)
