LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR: The base game will have 8 cups (32 tracks). The DLC will have 4 cups to make the game have 12 cups (48 tracks). I also think that the last base game track (Track 32) should have a Rainbow Road as its music. @SuperCoolCoder9500, comment if you would like this to be different in any way.
