- I know there is a lot to read but the game is not self explanatory so please read all! - [][] Objective: First collect both keys, then collect the food dish and get back to the start! You need both keys to be able to pick up the dish. [][] Board Spaces: Grey-Walls. Neither the guards nor you can enter these spaces. Red-Traps. Avoid landing on if possible. The consequences for landing on a trap are: turning into a wall, losing three turns from the time limit, or being stuck on that tile for two turns. Yellow-Safe spots. When on these spaces, the guards cannot capture you. Blue-Card. When landing on these tiles, you gain one bonus card. Green lines-These represent air ducts. If you are on one end, you can use the “use air duct” action to slide to the other end of the line. This does not activate any tiles underneath. [][] On your turn: You get two actions per turn, and 20 turns each game. You may take the same action twice. The actions you can take are: —Move to an adjacent space —Draw a bonus card —Slide through an air duct —Play a card —Use your cat’s special ability —Pick up an item (if there is a key or dish on your space) At the end of your turn when you have run out of actions, each guard will move one space randomly. If you are in the space directly next to them, then they will move onto you and you will be sent to jail (unless you are on a safe spot). [][] Winning and Losing: You win the game when you have collected both keys and the food dish, and made it back to the “start/finish” space. However, there are two ways that you can lose the game. First, if you are caught by any guard and sent to jail, and second, “turns remaining this game” counter reaches zero. [][] Cat Special Abilities: These are listed at the beginning of the game. You can use these during your turn if you are playing as S’more, Pebble, or Vampire, otherwise the ability is automatically applied. Using a special ability does NOT use any action cost. Here is a list of the cats and their abilities: —Topaz: high chance to get an extra turn instead of activating the trap —Pebble: Once every turn, you can gain or lose moves by using the special ability button —S’more: Can place 0+ permanent safe spot in the player’s current location —Vampire: at least once per game, you may move a guard one space —Straw: the time limit is different —Belle: Can get out of jail 0+ per game for free [][] That’s all I think! i made every characters ability's luck based this is the first mod I've made so expect new bugs, please comment any bugs you find (other than the vent misbehaving that wasn't me)
