Goob can't hear her but all he can see is how much the ichor ruined her. This is a infection AU where something happened to the ichor inside the machines. While Rodger and Vee were feeling up the machines the machines exploded "k!lling" Vee in the process. Some of the Ichor got onto Rodger which made him go wild and k!lled toodles. Toodlds no long able to control her body also goes wild. It's a domino effect. But this right before Scraps died she gained control and conciseness of her surroundings. She feels the pain but she thinks she still looks the same as she always did. Goob couldn't get close to her because Astro would let him. He was afraid that Goob might get k!lled. All those things she said in her head. and All Goob wanted to do was to hug his sister. He hated himself for letting her die. They were supposed to be with each other til the end and now....he broke that promise. A promise that can't be fixed.
