Runs in Scratch! Turbowarp link below if your computer isn't running it fast enough. Press SPACE to play CONTROLS: - W for gas - Arrow keys to steer - A/D to slide rocket car Most of all, STAY ON THE TRACK! https://turbowarp.org/1178149198 Tip: Keep your power as high as possible by not running into walls, and every lap drive on the yellow-gray area of the track that is off to the side. The power slider is backed by a variable inside, so it can't be edited, the slider is for visual
NOTE: To improve the collision system, I have temporarily taken out Red Canyon 1. The track has to be re-added because of the new system. Two nice things about the new system are: 1. Car collides with walls instead of going out a little bit 2. Tracks should be easier to add! The one thing about the new system that is a bit annoying right now is that I have to edit the image of a track before I can add it. Still, I think the new system is worth it! I know the cars have different performance, but right now, for ease of coding, they all perform like Fire Stingray. I will probably make them different sometime. Of course, credit to Nintendo for the game F-ZERO. @Leviathan_22 made the amazing Mode7 renderer. The smoke after explosion is made by me, all other artwork came from https://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/fzero/ Thanks to Canva for the explosion sound in the renderer sprite, that sound is not used anymore. All audio in the music sprite is from https://archive.org/details/f-zero-ost (removed because I'm worried about legal stuff with music) All audio in the SFX sprite is from: https://www.sounds-resource.com/snes/fzero/sound/54484/ I did Big Blue because it is my favorite track Took me about 4 hours or less to make initial version, @Leviathan_22 already made the renderer, so there was just some physics stuff and game stuff for me to do. Good one to have along with my remix of Super Mario Kart.
