How Splatfests work!

~Table of Contents~ - Intro - Teams - Clout - Battle Rules - Team Gear - Point System - Prizes ~Intro~ Every idol group hosts Splatfests, and Ecstasea is no different! Since we're only on Scratch and can't hold actual Splatfests in-game, we (mostly Meowz) have come up with a way to host 'Splatfests' on Scratch! If something doesn't make sense or we left something out, please drop your questions in the comments! ~Teams~ After teams have been decided, each team will have a studio, hosted on this account, and with the team leader (Takowasa or Anonymeows) as a curator! YOU CANNOT JOIN A TEAM BY COMMENTING IN THE STUDIO!!! We don't often check studio comments; team sign-ups will be on the announcement project!! Please comment on the announcement project to join a team, or you won't be able to participate in the Splatfest. Also, don't join more than one team. This should be obvious, but we're saying this just in case. ~Clout~ After an announcement project is made, people will be allowed to join teams. After three days, the comments will be counted to see which team has the most members; that team will win the clout contest! Teams are STILL OPEN to newcomers, up until the day the Splatfest ends! However, anyone who joins after three days will not be counted in the clout contest. ~Battle Rules~ Since we can't have you guys participate in ink fights, we'll have you do art fights! You DO NOT have to be good at art to join. The only requirements are: - Your art piece is colored - It is your OC or an OC from the fandom that you think will be on that team (Splatoon characters are very welcome ^^) - In the Splatfest shirt Your art does not have to be: - Pretty - Good - A Splatoon character - Humanoid - shaded/rendered Your art can NOT be: - Including the other team - missing the Fest shirt - Someone else's character ~Team Gear~ Three days after the Splatfest announcement, your team shirt designs will be released! This means that you can finally start (art) battling! Takowasa and Anonymeows's Splatfest outfits will also be released. ~Point System~ Each art piece will count as one battle won. However, there are different levels of battles! - full = normal battle (+1 point) - + ink weapons and a battle or winning pose = x10 battle (+10 points) - Draw Takowasa and Anonymeows in their outfits = x100 battle (+100 points) We will not be doing x333 battles out of fear. ~Prizes~ - The whole winning team will be sketched out together! - The top 4 people who earned the most points will be drawn with their respective idol and earn the title of [Team] Champion! - Depending on how many people join, we may also do the other titles ^^
