Picking random team will, you know, picking ready will start the game. If you picked a stronger team chances are they will have less moneys, and vise versa. The "Upgrades" button are the stuff that will help you get stronger, eventually the other team will also grow stronger (NOT IMPLEMENTED) so keep upgrading. The "Research" button will bring you to options to research (more like preorder) after researching something you will gain it. The "Support" button in the middle, will temporarily give you more manpower, and moneys.
There is no win screen or lose so just keep in mind, when your health/manpower goes below 1, you lose, and vise versa. The number next to the Upgrades button is your wealth or money. As if right now games pretty easy, so anybody will probably win.
