------------------------------Basic Controls------------------------------- Use the arrow keys to control your trainer Press space to interact with Pokemon, Gyms, and Pokestops Press the pokeball on the bottom of your screen to access the menu ---------------------------Catching Pokemon------------------------- Use the compass to find Pokemon When you get close enough, the Pokemon will appear Press space when touching the Pokemon to attempt to catch it When catching a Pokemon, use the < and > arrow keys to rotate the pokeball Press space to throw the pokeball and try to catch the Pokemon -----------------------------Gyms-------------------------------- Press space to access the gym menu If the gym is your color, you can add CP to the gym by giving it one of your Pokemon If the gym is white, you can add your Pokemon to it and claim it for your team If the gym is an opponents color, you can fight it with one of your own Pokemon In a gym fight, press space to attack -----------------------------Evolving and Powering Up-------------------------------- To evolve/power up a pokemon, go to the pokemon menu You will see two buttons, evolve, and power up to evolve/power up a pokemon, simply click the button, then type in the number of the pokemon you want to evolve/power up You need 25 candies to evolve, and 500 stardust to power up -----------------------------Gyms-------------------------------- Press space to access the gym menu If the gym is your color, you can add CP to the gym by giving it one of your Pokemon (you will lose that pokemon though...) If the gym is white, you can add your Pokemon to it and claim it for your team (you will lose that pokemon though...) If the gym is an opponents color, you can fight it with one of your own Pokemon In a gym fight, press space to attack
