Hii guysss this is my entry for the drink dta by @Stella8000 I’m entering for soda (WOOOOOWWW ACTUALLYYY) I DID NOT USE AI I SWEAR :3 Total time making this: 15 hours and 57 minutes :DD (im completely sane I swear trust) 1. Cover lololololol 2. Actual art I drew her flying because I just felt like it fit because she seems like a very bubbly person (literally and figuratively) and she’s holding soda obvi The headshot is just her being quirky probably like posing for a picture or something Behind her is some graffiti and dot stars also just because that seems like something she would graffiti and it brings more depth to her character and style 3. Ok so basically here’s the background story/lore/I don’t even know lol ♡☆~.・( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Ok in her world it’s kinda like divided between sodas and other drinks sodas are the poorer people and like other drinks look down on them. When Poppy (our queen) was born, all her family (especially her dad) was very disappointed that she was a soda. Her dad left her mom in the hospital, and after that poppy and her mom were on their own. They were treated like a can thrown in the trash. (Heh) suddenly after all those years on the dirty streets, her mom became very ill, and one day stopped fizzing-bubbling-yknow what I mean. One day when she was 5, poppy snuck into a kindergarten after “borrowing” a tea child’s clothes. (Teas are the highest rank) she managed to stay in the school for the entire time. (Idk how shes just built different) she did meet her best friend there. They spent every moment of every day together. Her friend eventually figured out that she was actually a soda, but didn’t care about it. She just liked poppy for who she was. She introduced poppy to graffiti and skateboarding. One day, one of poppy’s friend’s bullies did a “harmless prank” on her, and she unalived. After that, poppy became addicted to skateboarding and graffiti. It was her only way to cope. YUP THATS IT :333 If I think of more I’ll add it but tahts the basics lol that took a while heh But like seriously I love this design so much this character is my entire life I NEEEEEED Poppy. Anyway im also going to post a small animation in a lil bit im still not finished, but be expecting another entry. BYEEEE
