This is a concept for a paper mario partner based on the gushen's two forms from Mario odyssey! Press space to cycle through the animations. :) His name is Gregory Gushen Sr, but everyone calls him Old man Gushen. He used to be a mini celebrity around his home town when he was younger, jetting around and doing good deeds. Now though, he spends his years in a rocking chair and yelling "Get off my lawn!" to kids passing by. Mario would meet him when looking for one of the magical items of the game, which Old man Gushen recognises as the weird new toy one of his grandkids found. Suddenly, the bad guy steals the magical item, the grandkid being kidnapped with it. Old man Gushen tags along to save him! :)
