"AMP did indeed go crazy" -@AltoMagneto ~ Use the arrow keys (<>) or tap for progression. Letting it play naturally also lets it progress! ~ Per my final project for my Advanced Music Production class (the follow-up course to Sound Engineering), I've created a short EP (if I can call it that) that I call "Graduation Rehash". It features three songs, all made in Logic Pro X, and built heavily around sampling my previous coursework from both Sound Engineering and AMP, along with additional samples sourced online. The mixing and sampling throughout this EP has been heavily inspired by Daft Punk's Alive 2007. In tracklist order, the songs are: A 1950's Classic / Vibin' at the Lounge: A remix of the class success A 1950's Classic and the already seen Vibin' at the Lounge. This song serves as the EP's opener, and is one of my favorites for its polished mixing and sampling. This track was also previewed in a listening party I was a part of. Drummer's Beat / Pluh / Rabbit Hole - ft. Hatsune Miku: The joke song of the bunch, combining an assignment from AMP, BigXthaPlug's producer tag, and excerpts of Rabbit Hole by DECO*27, featuring Hatsune Miku. There are some dead parts in this piece that I'm not particularly proud of, but the general vibe and concept to this one is something I'm pleased with (to a certain degree). Synth Shenanigans / Sampling and Filtering II: Combining yet another two assignments of mine (Synth Shenanigans from AMP and Sampling and Filtering II from Sound Engineering), this track came together in about two weeks. Despite the short production time, I'm particularly proud of the production and sampling of this one. I'm hoping to continue developing this EP and make it to a finished project, potentially releasing it more formally in the future. Not sure how I'll get this beyond Scratch project terms, but I'm quite excited for the future. Thanks for tuning in to both my description and my music, and see you in my penultimate project of mine! Credits: Sampling Credits mentioned in the project (5-30-25) Added the uncompressed versions of A 1950's Classic / Vibin' at the Lounge and Synth Shenanigans / Sampling and Filtering II (check inside) this fulfills "REHASH" in the list. I also hate the compression I had to do...
