Entirely new (unfinished showcase of) PSE, Scratch's most optimized Sonic Engine. Runs like butter on my trash PC! Performance alone took months to achieve, and 31 fps on it is INSANE to me when my Modern Sonic Engine runs at like 12. The engine is unique and was made entirely by me; it was a blast to build, and is loosely based on my last engine. Main Features (scroll down for instructions) - Dynamic Camera Zooming - My best Sonic sprite to date (w/ transition animations) - Sonic attaches to upside down slopes (unique!) - Significantly improved performance for trash devices - Widescreen on Turbowarp ;) - Sonic angles when he hits springs Sooo you might be wondering where I've been... Well for about a year I left scratch as life happened, but I'm back for now. Got a job but still no girlfriend, lol. Anyways, the engine is unfinished but i will resume work on it now. Last I had touched it was a year ago and I kept promising myself I'd get back to it. Well you guys deserve to see it so here it is. Yes it lacks the polish of my last engine, but it's pretty great and thus it is peak sonic engine, enjoy ;) Thanks To (who i stole stuff from) Sega - (music - lights camera action) and IP @ShiftClickLearn - Night Ninja Tutorials @griffpatch - Move out of space script @piggeh - Camera Positioning maths Inspired by (go follow them) ugh i am forgetting a bunch of people will look the up lol change log - Added background - Tweaked rolling (no longer an issue) - Expanded Level - Improved item editing - Ability to pan camera when looking up/crouching - Patched Sonic sticking to corners - Pushing animation for Sonic
