(My 2025 Gaehive manager application) Abt me: Hi :D I'm Stu Macher! I'm a Macher fictionkin but I do have multiple other kins. I'm a gay transmale (He/They/it) and I've been apart of the hive for about a year now and my time zone is EST Why I would be a good manager: Personally I believe I would be a good manager because I'm very open-minded and I'm willing to help other people with their problems to the best of my ability Downside to me being a manager: I struggle to be online especially during the summer months and weekends and my accounts could get shut down at any moment because of my parents. Unique things I could bring to the hive: To be honest, I'm really unsure of what I could bring to the hive. I want to keep everyone happy and make sure that the hive is running smoothly. What I would improve: I would really like to try and improve rule following and, because I know this is a big complaint, try to keep up with the Karma (though I personally believe the current managers are doing fine) What being a manager entails: I believe that being a manager means that you have to maintain the hive and make sure people are getting along, but they shouldn't be expected to keep up with the hive 24/7 People I believe should be manager: I would like to recommend Finny and Wade for promotion. Both of them are very sweet people and I believe they would be great at making sure that the hive is getting along and running smoothly. While I, sadly, cannot think of specific times for the two of them, I know for a fact that they would be terrific managers.
