=Who Am I?= Hi, I'm Squirt, a frequenter on Gaehive. I've been around the studio since 2023. My timezone varies between GMT and BST depending on time of year. Usually, I'll be on usually around 16:30-17:30, and some more from 18:30-about 22:30? On weekends I may be active earlier in the day, such as during American Nighthive. = Why Would I Be A Good Manager?= - Experience moderating places, mainly offsite though - Active - Not particularly hot-headed - Been on Scratch for almost 7 years =Cons= - Usually I have a lot of other things to do on a variety of sites so I'll have to divide my time to an extent. Running a YouTube Channel, moderating other places (it's a double-edged sword), etc. - I signed up for GWDFI promotions a few months ago, if GWDFI promotions were to end during the selection process, and I was promoted, albeit unlikely since I'm less active on GWDFI these days, it could potentially obstruct the promotion to an extent. However, I'm assuming that GWDFI promotions are ending soon. (UPDATE: GWDFI Promotions are over, this is a non-issue now) = Uniqueness = - A Brit (though tbf the recent promotions have definitely broadened time zones) - Quite aware of how other chat studios work, due to kind of just being everywhere, could be helpful = Improvements For Gaehive (If Promoted) = - Increase in general studio polling on suggestions, get the entire studio involved in large decisions outside of the Discusshive community through active promotion, such as using the Mainhive description - Have Rewards back with more curator-input, to provide further incentive for good behaviour - Thumbnail and title contests! (because, fun) = What Does being a Gaehive manager entail, imo?= A Gaehive manager would serve as a role model for curators to follow, though not perfect they would generally contribute towards the greater good of not just the studio, but the general Gaehive community. A manager would be consistently active, actively working alongside other managers and curators to find solutions and quickly get the studio back on its feet during turbulent times.

Ivory ( ) - Has been frequenting Discusshive quite a bit lately, so I think they could definitely be good to have on the team since they seem to have a lot of ideas.
