A kazoo plays a slow, reverent tune from somewhere in the distance. On the overturned mixing bowl podium, General Maddie stands, sipping from her skull-shaped teacup. She glares around the room, her expression a mixture of pride and mild exhaustion. General Maddie: “Panlings… gather ‘round. It is time to honour those who have bonked with distinction this month.” Next to her, Cat stands, pans in hand, looking like she might explode from excitement. She twirls the pans as if they were nunchucks, the metal gleaming with anticipation. Cat: “GET READY. It’s about to get epic in here, people.” In the background, Asha and Kat step forward, standing tall and proud as ever. Asha holds a glittering frying pan over her head, clearly glowing with pride. Kat is grinning, twirling a spatula as if she’s in a musical number. It’s impossible to miss how thrilled they are. Kat: “This… this is what we’ve been waiting for.” Asha: “They’ve done us proud, Kat.” She eyes the crowd with approval. Kat: “They’ve earned their place, Asha. The bonkers of May will forever be etched in our history.” General Maddie: “Alright, Panlings, gather ‘round. Let’s get this over with—but also let’s make it legendary. May’s warriors are here to shine.” With that, Cat dramatically pulls out the scroll, which is, of course, tied with spaghetti noodles that have somehow survived the chaos. Cat: “And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for.” A glitter bomb explodes with wild abandon. General Maddie: “Here it comes… The May Honour Roll. Who will be immortalized today? Let’s see.” Soldier Lily - now known as Lieutenant Lily for being pan-tastically chaotic <3 General Cat - for helping out around the army and being pan-tastic <3 General Maddie - for helping with all of our tasks and missions and being awesomely pan-tastic!! Now for the warrior(s) of the month : - ….LYRA - yes, Lyra was on here last time, but she has continued to help with everything from storylines to tasks and missions! so thank you Lyra <3 -…. ASHA - our pan-tastic founder Asha is the second warrior because of how much she contributes to the army, and we wouldn't have this awesome studio + tasks without her!! <33 Everybody bounces up and down, cheering, yelling, and applauding at the news. Cream cheese fireworks and fruit-roll up streamers burst through the air. Cat steps up through the chaos with the casual colander on her head and Maddie with her still very mysterious drink. "We congratulate the winners with celebratory lunch parties for the rest of the month!" Cat announces. Maddie points to everyone in the room with her spoon. "But don't think you guys can slack off because May is over.
