(Know that this application applies to my main account, @CherryBL and that if I get the job that it goes to my main. I'm not winning but I'll give it a shot) Start of the application: I enjoy managing snippets of small job placements. I take part in a lot of online and irl jobs. Mostly since I'm to busy with school to obtain a "real" job, but best go sure I'm quite friendly. I have the AKST timezone and have been a full time member for the start of my account. I had joined pretty early (about a year) but left due a problem I had experienced from another person while on it. But I had joined back around 5-7 months ago. :) [Optional] My age range goes from 10-16. For my timezone I'm generally online around 12am to around 10pm. Through I will (if I remember :3) to notify another member if I'm not available! :D I believe that I would be a good manager because I am on point and manage to keep up the roles I am assigned with! I am kind and well put together even if a problem is going on. I believe I have only lashed out one time to a person but up until that I have never lashed out on someone. Even if someone if being mean, I believe to be polite to people even if they are being mean. I don't mean that I will let them be, I mean that I will firmly but politely back them off. Some of my downsides is that I tend to underestimate the situation. And I fail under peer pressure and or pressure itself. I tend to overlook a situation, sometimes I look at a serious situation and walk it off as a person needing attention or that someone is already in the process of taking care of it. This could be bad because someone may say something that could be bad or concerning on LGBTQ+ and I may think someone is taking care of it. Know that I am trying to fix this problem and rest assure its working! But this is still a downside of my application. What I'm going to try to bring is sorta like a tiny games for the commentators to participate in! Since I basically am online 24/7, it goes by the day or time! I could do little things like, (EXAMPLES ONLY) Curse-day Thursday! Where you make up a curse with a better outcome! Or Newsday Tuesday! Where you give us a interesting piece of news that happened that day! I think that this could be really fun for the studio! :D Though there is a ton we can improve on LGBTQ+ its a lot harder to let the improvements stay in place. Like we could 100% improve the number of ways people could follow the rules, through not everyone will follow the rules perfectly. But here are some ways I could improve situations where people slip up: -Not snapping at people who make honest mistakes, and if they break the rules to maybe give them the link to the rules. -That if spam happens and the main host isn't online, to report it to another manager and see if they can either get the attention on the host or alert ST :3 I think being a manager to Gaehive means showing commitment to a family you've joined. Since I see Gaehive as one big family, and in a family you committee to the people around you. And that means taking responsibility for yours and others actions. But not to the point where your fully blaming yourself for others actions, but maybe for the way things might've been interpreted! :D (Treat others the way you want to be treated!) (I'm not 100% sure what you ment for the last question so I'll interpret some things :'3) Being a manager does not and will not make you better then others. Its a title next to your name as a way of saying, "Hey I'm a manager!" It doesn't make you above another. You can still interact on Gaehive like a "normal" chatter. And it doesn't mean your only purpose on Gaehive is to take the responsibilities and close the comments when spammers arrive. Its just a helping hand to Gaehive! You are nothing more or less to others :) Please continue below! :D
I recommend: @KARKlTTY and @ceilingstars After reading @KARKlTTY application, he seems like a fantastic fit to Gaehive! He seems genuinely honest and really kind! And the assets he proposed seem like a great advance to Gaehive! I wish him luck! Almost the same reason reason with @ceilingstars! They proposed fantastic ideas and really caught my attention! I won't go into deep details because you have to go check theirs out to actually believe why! >:3 And these recommendations don't discriminate against the other entries! :D -End of application- Thank you so very much for reading my Gaehive application! And good luck to all the other entries! Have a fantastic rest of your day/night! ~@CherryBL
