Hello! This is a bit of a shorter project for today, but I think it's one of my most important ones. This project goes into affirmations to help others, and myself. The affirmations are mainly directed at guilt, worry, stress, and even some of those more negative thoughts people have. The audio for this project is a bit finicky, so you might have to adjust your volume, but other than that it should be good.
