I was looking for one of the herb books in the attic. It had gotten misplaced, somehow. I was looking through some boxes and trying to avoid looking at the oracle. The withered old mummy was creepy, even if she was sacred. I had just found the book and was headed for the exit, when the Oracle started to make a weird rasping sound. I turned around to see, and a green smoke was coming from the Oracle’s mouth. Before I could fully realize what was happening, the Oracle uttered the words Venture west to the mountain where the giant sleeps To recover the missing and save a life 6 will go and 7 return To the place where heroes are reaped But beware the giant's strife Or the landmark will burn Just after the Oracle finished her speech and went back to normal, I realized what had happened. I had received a prophecy. Almost immediately I left the attic, I then dropped the herb book off in the infirmary and headed for Chiron’s office. Once I reached his office, I knocked on the door and heard the “Come in,” followed by “Can I help you?”. I didn’t know how to start explaining, so I just started talking “You know how I was looking for the herb book in the attic? Well, I was just about to leave when the Oracle started doing it’s weird Oracle thing, and then it gave me a prophecy!” “Oh dear” “Yeah”.
