Use it like a real lift and read description carefully. Warning: loud! 99th project! This project is for MS54, WMF and ME5. Description part 2: If you're wondering why the school replaced all the HP's, well, let me tell you! When the school opened (In September 2009), they used Dell IT stuff. They picked Latitude E6400 laptops, Optiplex 960 desktops and a Precision T7500 desktop which is used as a server that runs the entire school and it's website. In 2018, the school replaced 5 laptops and 3 desktops with some new Latitude 5490 and Optiplex 7050 PC's because they started to wear out. The retired stuff has been sent to JoeTronicRefurb so it can be refurbished. Then, in 2019, more old stuff got replaced with more 5490 laptops and some Optiplex 5070 desktops. They also replaced the old T7500 with a new Precision 5820. As always, they sent the old stuff to JTR. And lastly, in late 2021, all of the remaining 2009 laptops and desktops have been replaced with Latitude 5310's and Optiplex 7080's apart from 2 laptops and 1 desktop which have been upgraded with more RAM, Kingston SSD's and Windows 10. BTW all of the modern Dell's had the highest specced i7's apart from the Precision which has a Xeon inside. The 2009 Latitudes and Optiplexes had Core 2 Duo CPU's and the 2009 Precision had a Xeon. Then, in 2022-2023 the PC's have all been replaced w/ HP because some guy called Tickerman owned this school for a short period of time and he wanted to ruin it! He almost got the fire alarms replaced by Gamewell-FCI and the lift almost got modded by Jackson with Lester Controls! Luckily, everybody said "No!" and he failed! But he did replace the nice Dell PC's with i7's into horrible HP things. They had Celeron CPU's which are slower than your gam-gam's Buick, the RAM on the laptops is only 4 GB and the desktops have 8 GB (The 2018, 2019 and 2021 Dell's had at least 16 GB RAM), the SSD's on the laptops are only 128 GB and these things are not reliable! Also, they came with Windows 11 but they had to downgrade to Windows 10 after 2 weeks due to performance issues! Plus, the Precision server got replaced with a ProTower in 2023 which also has a Celeron CPU and 8 GB RAM. The motherboard died 4 times in less than 1 year on this thing and then, they replaced it with a refurbished Lenovo ThinkStation P360 tower in Jan. 2024! The laptops and desktops didn't last long due to keyboard failures, sometimes hinge failures and never ending motherboard issues! They decided to trade in these pieces of junk at JTR which got replaced with Latitude 5310's and Optiplex 7080's which are refurbs and have 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and at least 16 GB RAM. The Lenovo P360 has a 12th Gen Intel Xeon. The funny thing is that the refurbs are tanks and apart from the P360, they are all cheaper than buying new HP stuff which ended up being total trash! BTW all of the Optiplexes that have been there (960, 7050, 5070 and 7080) are MT (mid-tower) models. And luckily, Tickerman didn't notice that the school has Brother and Ricoh laser printers and photocopiers which just like the Dell PC's and the Lenovo P360 PC are built like tanks and very reliable. HP printers are absolute garbage too! Also, the lift is maintained by Moore and Rodriguez which is a small generic company from El Garcia. They were founded in Oct. 1988 and they got taken over by Orona in May 1999 and they've been installing Orona lifts only since then. Before 1999, they made some rather junk semi-generic hydraulic lifts. Their lifts are very rarely seen. They only installed 3 of these cheap hydro's: 1 in 1989-90, 1 in 1993 and 1 in 1998. They all are identical. The 1989 one got modded in 2008 with Lester Controls, the 1993 one got destroyed because the building burnt down in 2011 and the last one is still original from 1998. They're all pretty much the same and all serve 2 floors and have a proprietary controller. There's only 1 left now...

Type: Dual ram roped hydraulic MRL with pump unit and controller in the pit. Capacity: 1000 kg or 13 persons. Floors: 3 (*0*, 1 and 2). Positioning system: Rubber tooth tape with tachometer (Same has HydroWare). Fixtures: Otis Optima. Voice: Otis 2000 UK + Orona Spanish + English Male voice unit with chime added in 2016. Speed: 1 m/s going up and 1.3 m/s going down. Door equipment: Otis AT120 operator (Door controller made by Siemens). Emergency phone: Safeline. Logic: Mitsubishi PLC controller. Motor: Bucher Hydraulics "Tiger" submersible pump unit with LRV-1 valve. Pre-doors: Yes. Starter type: Solid state with soft-starter. Location: Pink Mapple Elementary School, El Garcia, ST. This is the lift at a nice and modern elementary school which opened in September 2009. It is a really strange Otis lift because although Otis 2000 was discontinued in 2008, this lift is branded as 2000 H and was installed in 2009. This lift is an MRL hydraulic lift with the pump unit and logic cabinet in the lift pit and are behind the lift car. Both logic and motor can be accessed through an acess door inside the heat pump/HVAC room which is placed behind the lift shaft, so that a technician can acess the logic, hand pump and emergency release valve if the lift breaks down even if the cab is stuck at ground floor. The logic is a Mitsubishi PLC controller which is very rare but also very reliable. The lift does have some sort of semi intelligent levelling thanks to a shaft encoder (Takes 3 seconds to stop at a floor which is a bit slower than HydroWare but still decent) and it does have pre-doors which is awesome! Also, it has a soft-starter which works really well because the hydraulics charges very quickly! The hydraulic motor is also really noisy and sounds epic! Oddly enough, this lift goes 1 m/s when going up and 1.3 m/s when going down. Also, the lift is well-built because it has a good heavy-duty chassis and 2 hydraulic rams from GMV. The door operator is very fast, sounds pretty nice and is pretty reliable. This lift has 2 voices: The classic UK Otis 2000 voice with the really nice "Please select your floor" message which is really rare on a 2009 Otis lift. Then, in 2016, Orona added a voice unit with the male voice and the Orona chime. This voice unit speaks in Spanish and then English which is pretty cool. The unit speaks all the messages apart from the "Door opening" and "Please select your floor" messages and the chime plays when the doors are fully opened. It also speaks the direction messages when the lift starts moving and the floor announcements when the lift pre-doors. Also, at ground floor, the Otis voice says "Ground floor" but the Orona voice says "Planta principal" and then "Main floor". That is strange but interesting at the same time! This lift also has some nice red Optima buttons and it's a very good lift overall! The school itself is also a really nice place! The building is a nice, modern and the build quality is really good! The outer walls are made of nice looking and very sturdy red bricks and the whole place feels very well-built and very modern overall! The fire alarm system is a PyroStop addressable system with EST Integrity horn strobes and remote strobes and a SpeakingFireGuardian PAVA 3000 voice evac system with an EST message that goes "There has been an emergency reported in the building!" and the Integrity-style code 3 tone! The voice evac system is connected to standard speakers which are PAVA rated which is really rare and interesting. The FA system is original to the building. The HVAC system and heat pumps are from Daikin and Viessmann. They are very reliable and are still original to the building. Plus, nearly everyone is super nice over here! This means that this school has not been ruined at all! Except that the Dell Latitude, Optiplex and Precision PC's have all been replaced with HP ProBook 440 G9's and ProTower 400 G9's between October 2022 and February 2023. And now, they all have been replaced with refurbished Dell Latitude and Optiplex stuff since March 2024. One HP desktop has been replaced but with a refurb Lenovo ThinkStation in January 2024! Why? You'll know if you read the 2nd part of the desc which is in "instructions".
