this is a snes game creator, not a emulator, this is a project for create your games for snes and sfc, but not for the real console, for scratch.
NOTE the audio needs to be 32000 hertz for snes audio, and NTSC and PAL will get the same speed and remember you need to make japanese version of your game NTSC-J, american version NTSC-U and european version with language change PAL-EU
