Art Dump! [2025 Edition]

2025 is upon us, everyone, and I come bearing new art pieces!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first half of 2025 is over, leaving me lots of time to make Digital Art pieces!! I've been running through them with each day I get, and I'm insanely proud of how my craft has grown so far. Even in the past few days, my skills have evolved immensely, and just as always, I can't wait to see how much I'll have improved from last year to the end of this one. (^v^) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ◊◆◇◃Details▹◇◆◊ - 1st of 2025 was a piece I made after being away from digital art for three whole months. After making my last 2024 artpiece, I was nervous that whatever I made next would disappoint or not live up to the greatness standard that the last one set, and I'm happy to say that this piece didnt disappoint! It features me and The Person, and has a background that I'm absolutely in love with even to this day. Definitely a great start for 2025 - 2nd is a piece I made inspired by Pokemon Silver's title screen with Lugia! The dragon I used was for something I made for a school project, and this artpiece features a grown-up version of that baby dragon. I'm absolutely in love with the affect I did on the water and the clouds in this piece, and as always, the background eats up -3rd is the first of my art pieces made for playlist covers on a music streaming service I use! The playlist is named "Bad B Moment," so it's pretty self-explanatory why the baddie nails and baddie lips are present. It's super silly and pretty simple as well, and since there was a bit of a gap between this piece and the last one, this was essentially meant to ease me back into making art, and it did just that! I really enjoyed this one -4th is a piece I made of me and my sis inspired by a picture in my camera roll of us two! It's one of my favorite pictures, so it was fun remaking it in art form!! Making her twists was a bit of a challenge, but I persevered, and I'm glad I did, as I believe they turned out well! - 5th is my absolute favorite as of right now, because of the amount of planning and knowledge of anatomy and posing that was needed to execute this piece as well as I did. I was also drawing someone with features I wasnt familiar with, so it was fun using this as a learning experience. I also used a nose for this picture, so you might be seeing more of those down the line! The person this picture is based on is a musical artist I listen to called 8rae. He's got some rlly good music, so I'd really appreciate it if you checked him out!! (^v^) - 6th is the second of my art pieces made for playlist covers on a music streaming service I use! The playlist is named "Theatre Kid Era," and I decided to take inspiration from the one time I played a Beetlejuice Clone in Beetlejuice Jr with my best friend, so this was a fun piece for me to make!! - 7th is hands down my favorite piece of mine, as it shows my appreciation for an indie band named Good Kid! I tried adding in lots of references and taking inspo from their EP covers to make this artpiece, and I really feel like I did a fabulous job capturing that Good Kid Charm!! - 8th is a cooldown piece I did to come down from the high that was the Good Kid piece. It was just meant to act as a super lowkey, no pressure artpiece that was made to ensure that I dont try to add too much pressure onto myself in my upcoming art pieces. For this being a smaller piece, I really like it! - 9th is a piece I made to celebrate my good friend Ethen's birthday!! I incorporated lots of cherry blossoms since they're featured on his skateboard's deck and made sure to feature his personal signature in there, as well as mine, like always! I truly hope he loves this piece, as it's definitely a favorite and personal one for me - 10th is a piece I made out of spite for a Roblox game I've started recently called Draw Me! I was drawing myself and the brush stopped working, meaning I couldnt finish and only had my lineart done!! Out of anger, I just took to Kleki to recreate it 10x better and more like how I envisioned XD - 11th is a piece I made for one of my favorite artists of all time; She's been in my life for who knows how long and I couldn't imagine my life without me getting introduced to her lofi, so I just made this piece to tell her thank you, as it felt like the best way I could - 12th is a piece I made inspired by a picture on of my photographer friends took of me at my winter concert, and I truly love how this came out!! I decided to include a different type of lining for this piece, and I think it helps to make it seem as if it's more lifelike, which I'm really proud of! (Cont. in Credits)
