So we have more information about Star---He *is* the leader of Starclan after all, which just makes me think that the counterpart of Red theory is true! That is, if Red actually is the leader of the Dark Forest. Also, Star seems to just--- *know* stuff, like maybe he's a seer, which also makes sense because of the leaf covering his eyes. Kind of like how Jayfeather can see in dreams and tell what cats are thinking, while he's blind with normal sight. Star's a chimera, but both sides seem to represent the Dark Forest and Starclan, with the red and silver outline to the black and white fur. The fact that he let Wintershadow in Starclan is interesting, especially since it was implied that he knows she was supposed to go to the Dark Fores. Star seemed vaguely surprised, so I doubt he did it on purpose, but he isn't stopping it, either, which is interesting. I think he knows a lot more than he's letting on. Star surely has a reason for it. I can't wait to find out what it is! As for the ending---There's a prisoner who has been trapped for a very long time. Who is the prisoner? It's most likely a dead cat, since the sheer amount of days they've been imprisoned. My first thought was Red, but I don't think so. Red's already in the Dark Forest, and Crimsonclaw and Wolffang wouldn't take Mitski to Red if she's imprisoned. It could be Star, but I don't think he is either. It must be a different cat, someone significant.
