I let a breath out and close the cabinet holding the kn!f3 close to my chest as I breathe.The cabinet door swings open Phoenix's red eyed looking into mine. I scream tears rolling down my face. "Nyx? What happened?" he says tilting his head a little. "Your eyes!" I scream my hand tightening around the handle. "Nyx! You don't understand!" he says looking at the kn!f3 reaching for it. I bite his hand and press myself further into the small space. I scream as he clutches the hand I bit. I push him backwards and try and crawl out the cabinet. He grabs my wrist. "Please Nyx just understand!" he says his eyes pleading. "No." I say trying to free myself from his grasp. "Nyx!" he yells as I get up and try and run away. "Let me go!" I scream sobbing. "Please! Understand!" he yells his eyes shifting back to their usual light blue. The same kind eyes that took me on a date now stood there looking at me differently. "My m-mother said to stay away from you!" I say backing away. "Just listen!" he said. "And you'll never see me again" he says putting his hands up. "F-f-fine." I say going back into the cottage sitting down. He sits down next to me and starts to tell the story...
